Thanks for this suggestion. You don't know where this feature is in Office 2010 do you? I can't find it.

In Word 2010, under File/Options, there is no Properties. In fact if I select Customize the Ribbon and then All Commands, there are 6 "Properties" or Properties-like commands, but all for properties of specific things like tables or controls. I can't see any general Office Properties command.

Under File/Options, there is an Advanced item, but this doesn't seem to give access to anything to do with Organization either.

This looks like another example of this MS ribbon "innovation" making it soooo difficult for experienced people who have been using Office applications for over 20 years to find ordinary commands that they used to know instinctively where to find, or could very quickly find by scanning the menus.
