Default How do I check the Organization setting?

When I installed Office 2010, or it may have been the first time I used it, it asked me to input my Name, Initials and Organization. The Name and Initials are accessible via the Word Options/General menu, but what does it use Organization for? How can I check that this has been set correctly?
