We got a second monitor at our shop to run a slideshow of merchandise off site, but it keeps freezing whenever it's not the active window. As soon as I minimize it or click on another window it freezes. I've never used PP before, so am really at a loss whether this is something I can fix in PP or is something more complex.

(I took it to the computer store yesterday but the tech had no idea how to fix it. They sold me a dual monitor video card to see if that would help - right now the 2nd monitor is running off a usb-vga adapter - but the computer is a tiny slim line and despite their assurances the video card will not fit in.)

So I'm still sitting here with a slide show that freezes every time I use my pc.
