Compatibility pack issues
Hi, we have a domain environment where users use office 2003, they need to open office 2007 docs so have installed the compatibility pack, this seems to work when logged onto the pc as a domain admin, but when logged in as normal user it does not work and comes up that the pack needs to be installed, even though it is?
Anyone have any ideas why this would be, have been over uninstalling/reinstalling, different versions but all the same problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
