Thanks for your reply, but this is not the problem we're having. The attachment isn't removed at the user's end, the following is what happens:

When the sender receives a mail with an attachment, the attachment is fine. If the sender then clicks the forward button then the attachment is removed from the mail instead of staying on to be forwarded with the mail.
