Please read carefully what I posted.
In your latest scenario, Word would not flag 'George Madison' as a spelling error because both 'George' and 'Madison' are valid words in their own right.
What you are asking for could only be done with combined names whose component parts are not themselves valid words. Thus, if, say, you had a name like 'George Madison', but you input 'George Mazison', only 'Mazison' would be flagged as a spelling error. Similarly, if the real name was 'Geolge Mazison', and you had that string in your spelling dictionary, then either Word on its own would be flagged as a spelling error.
