Narration won't play in older version

I have created a presentation in 2007 version. The narration is embedded. It plays fine on all computers in my facility that have 2007 but for the computers that have 2003 version, the narration will not play / be heard.

Any ideas how to fix this? I have tried the 2007 viewer and it still does not play the narration.
