Default Calculating Profits?

Hi there,

Can project be used to calculate profits?

For example, using an Excavator and Operator to dig a trench for a client requires an estimated 72 hours.

The cost of hire of the Excavator and Operator is $500 per hour, and the charge to the client is $550 per hour.

If you have multiple items such as above, and have different costs for each, can project work out what the overall expected Cost is, and what the expected Profit is?

If so, how do you go about this?
