Hi,

I customized the styles used for emails by modifying the normalemail.dotm template. So whenever I want to update the styles, I'll open the template in word and make the amendments.

However, I realized that whilst the amendments are reflected in the default outlook forms for emails, contacts, tasks etc, they are not updated in the custom contact forms I've created (when using the notes box). It is as if the old styles were trapped in the custom forms.

Anyone has any idea what's going on?
