First close Outlook, then move your 'Outlook.pst' and all files in the same folder to you chosen folder on your NAS. Now open your copy of Outlook and go to Options > Mail preferences > Data Files. If you can see Personal Folders in the list, remove it first, then use add to point towards the new location. Do the same with each of the other files that you moved earlier!
