Word can't do this for you. Anything you can add to a document to indicate ownership, someone else can edit. Of course, you could password-protect the file, so that no-one else can open it, but that might be counter-productive. Ultimately, this is an integrity and management issue. If you feel you're not being given due credit for your work and that someone else is claiming as their own, lodge a complaint with whoever has the responsibility for the work area concerned.
