Post How to separate specific columns from the data

Hi All,
I have a Ms-Word file with some sample data.The structure may like rows and columns.But i am struggling to find an easy way to separate out specific columns(Say 2,3) in another sheet.

Hope you understand the problem.

Here i am attaching my file.Please go through it and let me know any easy way to do how i asked.
