Hi,

I've created a locked MS Word template (.dotx) which restricts the styles users can use. This is shared amongst the team who access it in a single location, add their content, and save it as a docx file.

However, we've start to experience that when someone sends the file to someone, or someone other than the user who created it opens it, the locked styles get a bit messed up.

Namely:
- the numbering on the List style looses the number at the start, although the text still has the List style applied (as you can see from the Style Manager toolbar)
- Sometimes opening the file up on a different machine looses all table styles. You can open the dotx again, copy in the content, and its back to the right style again.

Any ideas what might be going on? Or how I can find out?
