Insert signature and message is erased
I write an email message, then click on Signatures, select the one I want, and the signature appears, but the message is erased. It worked properly last week, but all of a sudden it starts messing up.
Here are the t-shooting steps I have taken:
(1) close and restart Outlook 2010
(2) reboot computer
(3) Tried forwarding a message and my message was retained, but the message I was forwarding was erased.
Any idea how to correct the situation?
