I can't find the commands either. I would expect them to be on the Reviewing Tab or under All Commands.

I did record two macros to do it. You could put these (appropriately named) in your normal.dotm and create keyboard shortcuts to do it.

I have attached a template with these macros assigned to keyboard shortcuts. It can be placed in your Word Startup Folder and used as an Add-In.
