I have an account lets say called Microsoft with two contacts Larry and Joe and i want to send an email to Larry and CC Joe as well, Now what happens is that in the account History the email will show up twice as both contacts on the email are from the same account, ans the same is true when Larry replies CC'ing Joe the email will show up twice in account history is there a way to prevent that from happening?
