Thanks, I have tried the following two: it gives me filepath not correct message

.Range.InsertFile FileName:="\\psksvr\zeus_d\PSK SERVICE AGREEMENTS\Client Ongoing Service Agreement - Platinum.docx"

and

.Range.InsertFile FileName:="\\psksvr\zeus_d\PSK SERVICE AGREEMENTS & Client Ongoing Service Agreement - Platinum.docx"

any idea why?
