The first two images are indeed in the TIFF format, but they are much smaller files than the JPEG image, and of much lower quality. The JPEG file is 15 times larger than the TIFF files. When enlarged, to the same size as the JPEG image, you can see that the TIFF files are quite blocky with the characters in the words poorly formed. This is the opposite of what one would normally expect. That suggests the TIFF files were most likely only a preview version of the same file at the source from which they were downloaded.
