Hi Angel,

There other ways, including via the use of PRINT fields and certain formula fields. The output of these fields will only show in the printout. To see if there are any such fields in the document, press Alt-F9 to toggle the field code display. Any fields will then appear, probably shaded, with their content surrounded by field braces (eg '{ PRINT "some code" }. Note that a PRINT field doesn't even have to be in the table.
