Upgrade to Excel 2010

Currently using MS Office 2007 Pro 32 bit and want to upgrade to Excel (only) 2010. Are there any problems that will effect any of the other porgrams in Office 2007? Will there be any restrictions in Excel 2010 not being part of MS Office 2007?
