Office '03/XP and '07/Win7 + iPhone 4

We have (1st time) iPhone soon to arrive.

Is anyone familiar with the ability to sync not just Contacts but Tasks, Calendar and other folders?

If so I'd appreciate a link. I haven't been able to find a thorough page as of yet--possibly due to my general lack of iPhone knowledge.
