More info from that lady having the problem:

What I get when I click on the Email link is the a window instructing me to install Outlook - a standard Microsoft window that says in big letters at the top:
Outlook 2007 Startup
then in smaller font:
Welcome to the Outlook 2007 Startup Wizard, which will guide you through the process of configuring Outlook 2007.

Near as I can tell, I have 2 options here: Install Outlook, or close out of this window and send whatever email I want using my ordinary address book.(which is what I do.)

As for what you told CarolLynn, I do have Outlook Express selected as my default email program (and have always had Outlook Express designated as such) - Outlook just seems to think I should use it instead!
