Hi Emes,

If your system has been infected by a virus, the first thing you'll need to do is to get that cleaned up. Until that's done, anything else will be a waste of time.

Unfortunately, the corruption done by some viruses is so severe that the infected files are unrecoverable and can only be replaced from known good backups.
