hi everybody new to building spreadsheets and data bases. trying to look up template for full service loan manager I found a few but not giving me what I would like so I figured I would attempt to build my own unless I could find one of you wizards that have already done so. looking for loan manager with
interest rate compounded daily
apply payments
payment schedule
name, multiple people
loan amount
balance
interest rate
fixed% or lump sum
able to apply extra money to payment example your payment is 200 and i you pay 225
any ideas where to start??
