My org has a service account that receives emails from an outside source.

Once received a rule filters the emails to send specific ones to a DG.

Sometimes the outside source will list all recipients in the BCC, when this is done the filter part of the rule will not work and the email will hit the DG regardless of content.

???Need a work around for this, please???

My IT shop can't figure it out.
