It all depends on what you mean by "single user at home".
If your mail resides on a server then you can use OWA (Outlook Web Access), which only works with Exchange.
If you mean you have a desktop version of Outlook that you configured your personal mail on....There are third party applications that you can purchase like Public WEB PST that publishes your mail to a web interface using IIS as your web server.
If you like OWA and the robustness of OWA you can buy a domain name and sign up for hosted exchange. I use The Message Center because it's inexpensive and they have great support. I also get my email and everything else in Outlook on my phone this way.
