A colleague recently installed Word 2010 and we have a problem. When copying and pasting documents into word the format is lost.

There is not even a special paste option to decide on source, merge, etc options.

All the ``keep source format'' options are ticked.

Just to make it that bit more confusing (and making me think it is not to do with Word) is that if she reboots, she can then paste and keep format for one or two goes than after a while it looses formats such as bold links etc.

Any suggestions would be most gratefully accepted as a large part of her job involves cut and paste publishing
