Default Message reply in Outlook

I would like to setup a reply in outlook that will show up everytime I reply to an email. Right now I have a copy of the reply setup as a draft, and I insert that in text format into the email. I would like to automate this to show up in every reply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
