I have a very strange issue with a user, and I need some help.
The incoming mails are going directly onto the deleted items. We tried to delete the .ost file, create a new profile, check view's options, delete all the rules, but the problem remained.
Moreover, we did a clean sniff and tested safe mode, but same issue.
For information, it's a Microsoft Server Exchange 2007, and Microsoft Outlook 2007.
