I think this is possible by first exporting your Access table into a CSV file (maybe first into Excel). Once it's in a CSV file in Outlook:
File > Import Export > Import from another program or file > Comma Separated Vaulues (Windows) > browse to your file.
Outlook will only allow importing of Access and Excel files from 2003 and back.
You also want to be sure to map each filed in the spreadsheet to the desired field in Outlook. (this is so your fields go in the right places on the Calendar)
