When I try to set the "slide advance" setting to have the slide advance automatically after "X" amount of seconds it doesn't work. It only advances with mouse click, and it takes two click, or it will advance if the setting is "0" seconds. Then it advances super fast. Not much of an option.
I'm trying to time the slides with music, and want to know where I should be looking to troubleshoot. The first slide has music and continues until the music stops so many slides later.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can think of is that you may have custom animations or transitions that are set to mouse click. I have a suggestion though and it may not be available if your using it for work. But as a Powerpoint animator I know how time consuming it can be to sync up your slides with music. It really would be better to export your show as an avi or as pictures and then add the music using windows movie maker. It makes it so easy since you can see the music wave form as you adjust your scenes. Again you need this for work and they may not have this software available so it may not work. I guess the last option would be to use the rehearse timings option while the music is going, sync it up, and then save the transitions.
Let us know what you come up with.
