I open “My Documents” and a “Desktop” opens with the following running across the top from left to right as follows:
Organise-Open-Share with-E-Mail-Burn-New folder.
Under “Organise” are the following:
A yellow star and” Favourites”
Desktop
Downloads
Recent places
All sorts to sort out. This is a folder on my desktop.
Then a gap:
Desktop
Documents
My Documents
Then a load of folders

When I click onto Documents hundreds of document icons and their titles show accompanied by hundreds of E-Mail icons and their titles. Many of these are repeats.
I recently changed computers and operatingsystems from XP to 7 and in the process I think some documents got misplaced so I have been working thorough the list under Documents and moving them into their appropriate folders. Now for my questions.

1. Is it normal for all these documents and E-Mails to show under Documents?
2. I can delete copies of the documents by right clicking and using the delete procedure but that will not work with the E-Mails and I have to open each one individually and click onto the delete red cross. Is there a simpler way?
