Since I use Outlook I have never been satisfied about the way the contact card looks. Just to name one element: if someone has 2 mail addresses I want to see that in the overview, not in drop downlists.
I had the hope that Office2010 would make customizing the form userfriendly, finally. But that is not the case. Customizing even starts with a very outdated form layout.
Anyhow, I gave it a few tries and could not create any reasonable design.
Anyone able and willing to help me customizing it?
