Hi, I trying to create mailing labels with word mail merge. I get to the point where I bring my Excel address data into the Avery 8160 labels. Then I use the Address Block to insert the fields. All goes well but the address is not where it should be when I print. The whole Address Block needs to be moved down and to the right to get it to print in the label. I have tried positioning the curser in the right spot and then adding the Address Block but when I go to preview it seems to move the block down but only the first row (name of person) moves to the right. All 30 labels on the page do the same thing. I've been screwing with this for hours and can't get it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.
