You have uploaded two attachments in your previous post. Just click 'Manage Attachments' button to open the upload window, do not close the upload window before you submit your reply.

Please note that the Manage Attachmentsbutton is not available in the quick reply mode, click 'Go Advanced' to bring up the full-featured posting interface.
