The more I re-read his question the more I must be mis-reading something: where did this Office Key Code that Belarc found come form?

Could another problem be he is entering a letter, symbol, or number incorrectly, for example, an "o" for zero, or vice versa -- Things like that...As I recall, I think M$ Keys are long so a mix up would be possible, as well as being Case Sensitive
