Update for post above
I got my home Outlook 2007 & Outlook 2010 to have the same issue by leaving Outlook open for a view days. By day two Outlook 2007 No longer had emails in a view folders, just like at work.
Outlook 2010 had the same problem but it took a view more days for it to happen.

This is only happening with my Go Daddy email accounts, all other accounts work fine.

Does anyone else agree that this problem is on Go Daddy's end?

Is this a Microsoft Office issue?
