Default Unreadable e-mails when replying

We exchange many e-mails with another company, they use Lotus Notes. Most of the time everything's just fine, but there's a problem when replying to certain users' e-mails.

If I reply using our webmail, there's no problem, so it seems like there's something in Outlook (2010 32-bit).

If I reply to, or forward an e-mail from a "problem-user" it looks fine in my Sent box, but the recipient sees the following. What might be the problem?
