Default Outlook 07 Not Fetching Emails in Random folders

Problem: Disappearing Emails (not folders just emails in the folders) on all my office computers!

What happens with Outlook is sometimes I will click on a folder and its emails will be gone this includes my inbox but the folders never disappear just the emails. Sometimes the emails come back within a view minutes other times they will not come back, I have to delete the entire account and then re create it. This happens on all my accounts in Outlook (I have 5 IMAP email accounts setup in Outlook). Bottom line is that Outlook is not fetching emails in random folders. The really strange thing is this is happening on all my computers in the office with different operating systems. I will admit that I work on computers as what you could call a mid level tech and I am stumped on this one.

I called Go Daddy and they spend 40 minutes on the phone with me going over some things and checking things on go daddy’s end and everything checked out fine. She admitted that they have heard a ton of problems but nothing like this.

I have all these emails setup at my home through Outlook with the same settings and I don’t have any problems. That’s one reason I am leaning towards this being a networking issue with my DSL.

All my office Outlook settings, router and computer configurations are below.

I am using Outlook 2007 to connect to Go Daddy’s servers to view my mail with IMAP.

My Current Outlook settings (same on all my email accounts):
Incoming mail server: imap.secureserver.net (port: 143 no encryption)
Outgoing mail server: smtpout.secureserver.net (port: 80 no encryption)
No exchange server just normal IMAP email accounts
I tried other settings with the same result.

Computer setup and security

2 computers Run Windows XP SP3 with all good updates & 2 computers running Windows 7 with all good updates (none have framework 4 installed since I have noticed it slowed down my laptop)

The only security software I run is Norton Internet Security 2011 & 2012 Note that I have the same software at home and no problems. Windows 7 PCs have NIS 2012 and XP PCs have NIS 2011
I have turned off Norton email scanning hoping that would help but no luck.
Windows firewall is off on all systems.

Microsoft Office 2007 service pack 2 installed with all updates after SP2. I am aware SP3 is out but I like to wait a while before I install service packs so I know they are good.

I am connected to the internet through a Cisco router, my internet connection is Verizon DSL. Verizon did give me a router but I had some problems setting up port forwarding for remote desktop with the Verizon router so Verizon walked me through bridging the router to my Cisco router after that remote desktop on all my systems works great both on-site and off. So now I am only using Verizon’s router as a modem. All my office computers are connected through the Cisco’s Ethernet ports. Both routers firewalls are turned off. I had this problem long before any changes were made to the routers though.
Just a heads up to people that a senior Verizon tech told me that the DSL & FiOS routers have a problem with port forwarding; they have trouble resolving the computers name to the physical address.

I have searched the internet and have found no one to be having a problem like this, the only things I find is people with exchange servers having this type of issue.
