A dialog box pops up on my desktop when I select Program Files > Email:

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook, Unable to display the seleted folder or item. The file C:\Documents and Settings\User2\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folder information services".

Can you please interpret this for me and provide a remedy?
