Using two versions of outlook too access the same exchange server

Hi there,

We are planning to upgrade MS-Office 2007 to 2010. But other departments in the same organisation use 2007. My main concern is can two versios of Outlook (2007 and 2010) can access the same exchange server? If NOT, is there any solution?
