Default Find And Replace

Are you looking to do this with a lot of documents?

If so, go here and download the batchfile from the site, place all documents (i would suggest you only COPY first - just to see if it works correctly first!!) to be altered in one folder and run the BatchReplaceAnywhere macro from inside a blank Word document.

If it is ALWAYS going to be 4 lines at the end of the document, then enter:
^p^p^p^p^p
^p represents a line return. (and YES five of them - one for the line return at the end of the previous line) in the find box and :
^p/^p/^p/^p/^p
in the replace box

If it can VARY from 3 or four lines, then you will need to try a lesser number or line returns and repeat the process to try and get all varients. - First look in your documents and see if there is a standard amount between paragraphs, as you will want to avoid that number!
