I'm making several appointments in the Outlook calendar to schedule webmeetings. When I invite attendees, the number of people can reach 200 easily. However, when I save, open, or add people to these appointments, Outlook freezes up for minutes at a time.

Is this a limitation in the software or is there something that can be done to alleviate this?
