Okies dint get an exact solution but more of a closer one and perhaps the better one is we can add the copy action icon at the top as shown in the attachment. Go to tools -> customize -> select Edit menu -> drag n drop the copy icon to the tool bar. Now to copy a message we need only one click i.e. just one step and the message gets copied. Hope i was able to convey properly.
