1. I want to appreciate the answers I receive from the participants like what we have in the AutoCAD Forum (screenshot 1) but not rating the thread itself. It's like the "Like" in the Facebook!

2. I want to insert the image within the text like what we have in the ArcGIS Forum (screenshot 2) but not attaching them.

By the way Paul, I'm still struggling with the issue of Updating the fields automatically when save, save as, print or open. i couldn't use the code that you have supplied. do have it embedded in a particular Word document. this feature is quite simple in the AutoCAD (screenshot 3).

As I'm a heavy user for the ArcGIS, AutoCAD and Office software and their fora, then i could compare the performance of similar features in these software and fora. just i try to understand why these features are nit developed to be more friendly to the users.
