Has anyone ever used a stencil with many shapes on a drawing and only 2/3 of them will show up properly when you drag them to an existing drawing?

I am using Visio 2002 and the basic network shapes stencil for an existing drawing. When I drag a shape to the drawing, it shows the sizing points and the control points, but the shape is not displayed. How can I get the shapes to show up?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
