I have an Acer 5920 laptop running Windows, 7, MS Office 2010 and Kasperky Pure, with all software up to date.

Suddenly I have found that links in Outlook emails no longer work and I am advised to "contact the system administrator". The Administrator (me) has no idea how to proceed.

I have read somewhere on this forum that it probably something to do with associated programs. However the solutions offered do not seem to aspply to my configuration.

How can I proceed?
