There are lots of Word templates on the internet. You may not find exactly what you want but you can always edit the downloaded template.
I found the attached and simply deleted two days and changed the row height to have 4 days on the page. In Word, click on the Windows button, New, Calendars. In the search field at the top of the page type "2012 calendar".
