Yep that can be annoying. The video shows the poster frame for an instant. This is usually OK if the frame is black as many videos are. You can reset the poster to the last frame which will solve this problem but may create a new one as you may see the last frame for a second when the video starts!

Here's one way.

Wind the video to the last frame
VideoTool's > Format > Poster Frame
Set it to current frame
Now Copy and paste as an image.

Reset the poster frame to 1 and place the image over the video with an After previous Appear animation.
