For that kind of page layout, you'd do best to use 'Next Page' Section breaks between the pages and unlink each Section's header from the previous Section. To create a new page this way:
• choose Page layout > Breaks > Section breaks > Next Page;
• go to the new Section's header and, if the 'Same as previous' tag appears on the right-hand side of the header, click the 'Link to previous' button on the Ribbon's 'header & Footer Tools' tab;
• Edit/Insert your heading.

An alternative, that wouldn't require the above is to modify your table slightly, so that the 'Data evaluării:' line is part of the table, rather than the page header. That way, the same page header can be used throughout the document.
